The loan officer's manager did not call to follow through like he promised, but he did reply a couple times to emails promptly. I learned that funding was cleared from my Title Company, SoFi didn't even care to confirm/email that everything was good to go.

SoFi is a great financial institution but I much prefer Discover as ai mainly use my debit card. The cashback is great and the customer service is the best of any company i’ve ever had to contact. They’re also fairly competitive ( just raised their rate to 0.90% ).
